Well, not quite from Scratch,
but since my economic situation has stopped my regular light treatment, and as my skin gradually is reverting back to more frequent flare ups and redness, I want to take it on, and find some sustainable lifestyle remedies.
BASICS
I can easily bring in a few healthy basics.. things I know would help but am not doing..
DIET
1. 2 litres of water a day
2. quit dairy
3. quit sugar
4. quit caffeine
LIFESTYLE
1. daily meditation
2. keep fit
That's my goal this week. Sounds like a lot.
All this coupled with some homeschooling, which I have never done before. SO - thats a lot of change in one week. maybe I'll stick to doing my best and keeping a food diary to see where I can make changes.
